Established in 1988, Feldman Design Fine Jewelry has focused their passion for fine
jewelry and gemstones on originality in design and attention to detail, providing
the utmost in quality craftsmanship. Alongside the show room is the workshop area
where customers are free to watch the goldsmiths working at their benches. All work
is done on the premise which allows the designers and goldsmiths complete control
on the outcome of the beautifully finished piece. With over 100 years combined experience,
we have a wealth of information to draw upon. Customers can watch as their diamonds
and gemstones are set, as we provide setting and jewelry repair services using state
of the art technology.
Karen and Kurt Feldman own and operate the jewelry shop along with Kurt's brother
Kevin Feldman, who does expert jewelry repair.
Fred Foster is a master stone setter and goldsmith.
Tom Horn, a graduate of Kutztown University with a BFA degree, is a designer, master
wax carver and caster. Tom has won numerous awards competing in the Ward World Championship
Wildfowl Carving Competition. Tom has moved quickly up the levels and now competes
at the world class level.
Kurt, a graduate of East Stroudsburg University with a BA degree, is an appraiser
and his area of expertise is diamonds and gemstones. Sit down in a casual atmosphere
with Kurt and learn about the classic 4 c's and view loose diamonds under a
microscope. See for yourself what distinguishes one diamond form another and how
that affects their value. Many of our diamonds come with an additional GIA or EGL
Certificate (these are independent appraisal labs) along with an appraisal document
and warranty on your setting.
Karen Hayden Feldman, a graduate of Tyler School of Art, Temple University with
a BFA degree, is a designer, master wax carver and goldsmith. Throughout the 1980's,
Karen has exhibited her work at many one man and two-man gallery shows, as well
as the works gallery in Philadelphia. She has received numerous awards and recognition
from her peer in the jewelry industry as well as in the jewelry trade magazines
and book publications. We are highly skilled "family" who have spent many
years working together for a common goal - We love what we do and pride ourselves
on customer satisfaction.
